The renovation project of the administrative building of Perrelet aims to develop more suitable, comfortable and friendly workspaces, allowing to respond to the increase in the number of employees while offering optimal working conditions to effectively drive the development and operation of public transport in the Lausanne region.

This call for tenders concerns roofing and tinplate work. As an indication, the contract includes the execution of a flat roof of 720 m2 and 4 bathtubs balconies, as well as the connections of the facade in plastered insulation with the roofs of adjacent buildings. The tenderer must also provide for the adaptation of the roofs of adjacent buildings for the installation of the scaffolding and the rehabilitation after completion of the work.
