A. Enggaard A / S (hereafter AE) constructs in 2 buildings on the former Liquor factory in Aalborg, 117 youth residences and 15 senior residences for Himmerland Boligforening, which is the contracting authority in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (Act No. 1564 of 15.12.2015). In addition, 90 owner-occupied dwellings are listed.

Total construction period approx. 21 months.

Timetable for execution of the subcontract offered is stated in the tender documents. During the subcontract, the months stated are the total construction period and not the construction period for the subcontract. The subcontract is expected to start at the end of August 2019.

AE offers the following partial contract as a public tender in accordance with the Public Procurement Act:

11. Roofing contract:

The subcontract has previously been offered, but was canceled as a result of the offer received, exceeding the client's budget and the market price in general. This tender is thus a re-offer.

The contract includes delivery and installation of roof insulation, roofing roofing, fall protection, roof slate / smoke ventilation, roof terrace, sedum roofs and flashings at indoor balconies.
