The Regional Housing Company CVBA is a medium-sized SHM located in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw and active in 13 municipalities in the district of Halle-Vilvoorde.

The assignment consists of the maintenance, breakdown assistance and total guarantee of central heating systems, appliances for hot water preparation, ventilation systems, water softeners and pumps for the entire portfolio of GMV cvba.

This assignment also provides for the inspection of boilers with regard to the conversion from lean to rich gas and the implementation of heating audits.

The contract is divided into four lots. These individually have a term of no more than four years.

This concerns maintenance, breakdown assistance and total guarantee on technical installations of the assets of the GMV located in the zone northwest of Brussels, more specifically the municipalities of Ternat, Sint-Katherina-Lombeek, Wambeek and Dilbeek and Gooik.

This concerns maintenance, breakdown assistance and total guarantee on technical installations of the GMV assets located in the zone southwest of Brussels, more specifically the municipalities of Sint-Pieters-Leeuw, Ruisbroek and Drogenbos.

This concerns maintenance, breakdown assistance and total guarantee on technical installations of the GMV assets located in the zone northeast of Brussels, more specifically the municipalities of Meise, Kampenhout and Wezembeek-Oppem.

This concerns maintenance, breakdown assistance and total guarantee on technical installations of the GMV assets located in the zone southeast of Brussels, more specifically the municipality of Hoeilaart.
