The subject of the contract is Modernization and development of e-services within the Subcarpathian Medical Information System (PSIM) in the “Provincial Podkarpackie Psychiatric Hospital named after Prof. Eugeniusz Brzezicki in Żurawica”, which is implemented as part of the project “E-services in the Voivodeship Podkarpackie Voivodeship Professor Eugeniusz Brzezicki Psychiatric Hospital in Żurawica”.
The subject of the contract referred to in point 4.1 shall include in particular:
1) Purchase of IT equipment as a complementary element in the project, necessary for the construction, modernization and maintenance of e-services
2) purchase or execution, installation and implementation of software

In headings 1, 3, 4, 7-14, 16-19, 21, the Contractor shall provide the Contractor with the equipment and software covered by the manufacturer warranty for not less than 36 months (the length of the manufacturer warranty for these items is covered by the evaluation criterion of tenders).
In other items, the Contractor shall provide the hardware and software covered by a warranty compliant with the requirements and implemented on the principles set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
