TT is facilitated transportation for people who can not use other public transportation.

The acquisition is based on the hiring of cars, including the provision of a driver and equipment, for the implementation of transportation. The scope is controlled by the demand of the transportation.

The transportation shall be planned and coordinated through the Awarding Authority's driving office.

The assignment shall be billed on the basis of a fixed starting price, with a fixed price per driven TT-user and per kilometer.
