Subject of the contract, it is a service aimed at keeping the green areas in perfect conditions of use, by mowing the turf, respecting the vegetative state of the green plants and existing tree and shrub essences. The areas are owned or available by the Municipality of Reggio Emilia. Participation, pursuant to art. 112 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 smi, is reserved for economic operators and social cooperatives and their consortia, whose main purpose is the social and professional integration of people with disabilities or disadvantaged, also declaring the commitment to the employment of 30% of disadvantaged personnel in execution venue.

For economic operators who are social cooperatives pursuant to art. 1, co. 1, lett. b) of law 381/1991, possession of the requirement is demonstrated by registration in the appropriate section of the regional register of social cooperatives.
