Framework agreement with purchase orders: Provision of services for the operation of the public service of drinking water and collective sanitation.

The consultation is divided into 3 lots. The services of the framework agreement are carried out by issuing successive purchase orders as required. Each purchase order specifies those of the services described in the framework agreement whose execution is requested. It determines the quantity.

For each lot, the framework agreement will be concluded with a single economic operator.

The duration of the framework agreement is set at 1 year from 01/01/2023

The Framework Agreement is a framework agreement with purchase orders with a minimum and maximum amount set in value over the duration of the contract.

Minimum amount for one year: 50,000 euro/ht.

Maximum amount for one year: 790,000 euro/ht.

The framework agreement will be concluded with a single economic operator.

The services covered by the framework agreement shall be regulated by applying the unit prices, the wording of which is given in the price schedule drawn up by the contracting authority. The prices of the framework agreement are firm during the first year of the market and then revisable annually (up or down) on the anniversary date of the effective date of the contract
