Part I. SoundPart I Sound:
1. The sound system of the concert hall;
2. Wireless microphone system;
3. Wired microphones, tripods, wiring;
4. Audio Console Distribution System.
A detailed description of the item of the order is Annex 1 to SWZ Design Documentation.
This system shall cover its scope the following items from the design documentation in Annex 1 to this specification:
— items in Table 3 — 1.1 to 1.53,
— Items in Table 3 — 4.1 to 4.9,
— Items in Table 1 of point 6.2 Cable linkage,
— Items in Table 2 of point 6,3 The summary of the basic installation equipment,
— a set of drawings no. 1, 2, 6, 7 concerns the sound system, but the ordering operator attaches the entire documentation to the SWZ in order to ensure that the work of the sound system performer does not interfere with the work of the stage lighting performer and stage mechanics.
The design requirements for installations accompanying paragraph 6.4 in addition to the power supply of the projector shall apply to the sound system.
The method of assembly of the equipment and any work related to the execution of the contract shall be determined by the Technical Specification of the Performance and Acceptance of Works, which is also included in Annex 1 to this Specification of the Conditions of the Order.
Where the names of equipment originating from specific manufacturers are indicated, they shall specify the minimum quality parameters and performance characteristics that the goods offered by the contractor must correspond to the requirements laid down by the contracting operator. Goods originating from specific manufacturers are only a qualitative model of the object of the order. Under the term minimum quality parameters and performance characteristics, the Contracting Party understands the requirements for equipment contained in generally available sources, catalogs, manufacturers' websites. Operating the manufacturer's sample names is only intended to clarify the level of expectations of the contracting operator in relation to the specified solution. The use of manufacturer/product names is only exemplary. The Contracting Authority, indicating the designation of a specific manufacturer (supplier) or a particular product when describing the object of the order, shall simultaneously allow equivalent products with quality parameters and performance characteristics at least at the level of the product indicated, thus recognising each product with indicated or better parameters.
