In this context, the Municipality of Roquettes envisages the realization of a project meeting several objectives and challenges: - thermal renovation of the building envelope which has a poor energy balance and waterproofing problems? on the roof; - redevelopment of the interior spaces in order to integrate into the building the rooms currently located in the prefabricated rooms at the level of the playground; - carrying out the works while keeping the school in operation b - place of execution: RoquettesC - estimated envelope of the works: 6.5 M euro (s) (H.T.).
