ROR-IKT is a joint ICT cooperation for Aukra, Midsund, Molde, Rauma and Vestnes municipalities that was established in 2014 so that the municipalities would get more coordination and efficient use of computer systems. In order to benefit from the existing and new trade systems in a good and efficient way, ROR-ICT would like to establish a joint framework agreement for the procurement and hire of Microsoft licences and complementary licences (option), as well as getting assistance with and advice on licence management.

The framework agreement will be valid for 3 years. The contracting authority will then have the right (option) to extend the contract for 3 years.

The estimated total contract value including the option is between 20 000 000 NOK-40 000 000 NOK. This amount does not carry any obligations for ROR-IKT or rights for the tenderer.
