Sarastia Ltd is soliciting bids for construction supplies, according to tender documents. The acquisition is divided into subentities as follows:
1. Hardware merchandise /Nurmijärvi region
2. Hardware store products /Mäntsälä region
3. Timber products /Mäntsälä region
4. Painting products and floor and wall coverings /Mäntsälä region
5. Building and home improvement trade and timber products / Järvenpää region
The tendering process is carried out through an open procedure, on the basis of which the three (3) highest-scoring contract suppliers are selected by sub-entity. The same tenderer may be selected for more than one sub-package. If the number of tenders is less than three, a smaller number of operators can also be accepted as contract suppliers for the sub-entity.
The selection criterion for the tendering process is overall economic affordability, with the weight of the price being 100 points. The minimum quality requirements set out in the tender documents allow comparisons to be made only on price.
The contract period is fixed term of four (4) years. The contract period shall begin at the earliest after the acquisition decision has obtained the legal force or market law, after the contract has been granted an execution permit. Entities committed to the agreement will be transferred to the agreement immediately upon the start of the contract period.
The contract has a termination period of six (6) months for both contracting parties and Sarastian client entities committed to the acquisition, despite the period. The users of the contract have the right to terminate only from the desired subentities. In the event of a single framework agreement with the same tenderer containing more than one subset under the request for tender, the tenderer shall note that the contracting entity and subscribers have the right to terminate the contract also only for the subset they wish.
Part-bids within the subset are not accepted. Parallel bids are not accepted.
By its offer, the tenderer undertakes all the terms and conditions set out in the invitation to tender. The contracting entity shall have the right to verify the information provided by the tenderer in the tender documents prior to the conclusion of the contract decision. If the information provided is not correct, the offer will be rejected.
COMPONENT 1: Hardware merchandise /Nurmijärvi regionSub-entity 1 procures building and home improvement trade products in the area of Nurmijärvi and its surrounding municipalities.
The subset includes various materials required for construction, such as boards, ingots, nets, insulation materials, mortar, screeds, doors and frames. In addition, other hardware store products are purchased in the subset, excluding the following product categories: tools and fasteners, small chemicals, PPE and protective accessories, HVAC accessories for real estate.
The products are purchased as pick-up purchases, on an order basis as pick-ups of products prepared by the supplier, as well as deliveries to the customer's office.
The distribution of customer-specific procurement volumes between the different sub-entities is described in Appendix 1 of the draft agreement.
SUB-PACKAGE 2: Building and home improvement products /Mäntsälä regionSub-entity 2 procures building and home improvement trade products in the area of Mäntsälä and its surrounding municipalities.
The subassembly includes various accessories required for construction, such as plates, ingots, nets, insulation, mortars, masses, screeds, doors, frames. The subassembly also includes battery and electric tools such as drills, grinders and saws. In addition, other building and home improvement trade products are procured in the subassembly, excluding the following product groups: hand tools, fasteners, small chemicals, personal protective equipment and protective clothing, HVAC accessories for real estate.
The products are purchased as pick-up purchases, on an order basis as pick-ups of products prepared by the supplier, as well as deliveries to the customer's office.

SUB-PACKAGE 3: Timber products /Mäntsälä regionSub-entity 3 procures timber products in the area of Mäntsälä and its surrounding municipalities.
The subassembly includes various timber products needed in construction, such as boards, panels, sawn and planing timber, durable and laminated timber, and mouldings.
The products are purchased as pick-up purchases, on an order basis as pick-ups of products prepared by the supplier, as well as deliveries to the customer's office.
The distribution of customer-specific procurement volumes between the different sub-entities is described in Appendix 1 of the draft agreement.
SUB-ENTITY 4: Painting products and floor and wall coverings /Mäntsälä regionSub-entity 4 procures paints, painting supplies, varnishes, floor and wall coverings and adhesives in the area of Mäntsälä and its surrounding municipalities.
The subassembly includes paints and painting accessories, adhesives, tiles and various wall and floor coverings.
The products are purchased as pick-up purchases, on an order basis as pick-ups of products prepared by the supplier, as well as deliveries to the customer's office.

SUB-PACKAGE 5: Building and home improvement trade and timber products / Järvenpää regionSub-entity 5 procures building and home improvement trade products in the area of Järvenpää and its surrounding municipalities.

In addition, other hardware store products are purchased in the subset, excluding the following product categories: tools and fasteners, small chemicals, PPE and protective accessories, HVAC accessories for real estate.
