Complete project management mission (MOP law) for the rehabilitation and restructuring of the L, M, N, O, P, J, Q buildings of the Bricarde residence, the restructuring of the collective heating system as well as an intervention on the outdoor spaces.

The services are divided into three phases:

- Phase 1 involves the rehabilitation, restructuring and outdoor spaces of the Carré (buildings L, M, N, O, P and the relocation of the social centre).

- Phase 2 involves the rehabilitation and restructuring of Buildings J and Q.

- Phase 3 involves the restructuring of the collective heating system of all buildings.
