Halsnæs Varme A/S is offering the task for the establishment of a 10 MW air-to-water heat pump system for Halsnæs Varme A/S at Havnesvinget in Frederiksværk near Halsnæs Utility's head office. The assignment is offered as a turnkey contract.

The establishment of heat pump systems includes the construction of technical systems including heat pump systems, district heating pumps, electric boilers, piping systems and piping, ventilation, pressure holding systems, energy recorders, electricity connection and electrical components.

The work on the establishment of the heat pump system is divided and tendered into 2 separate turnkey contracts: A technical contract and a building contract.

The present tender covers the engineering contract, including energy recorder systems.

Unless Halsnæs Varme chooses to award the task based on the initial tenders, a negotiation process will be carried out in which the tenderers will be invited to parallel negotiation meetings, which will be documented, cf. the description in the tender specifications.
