The service includes the provision of food, the distribution of foodstuffs (in compliance with the principles and eating habits of the beneficiaries), accommodation - including furnishings -, administrative management for 15 guests (single males) and general personal assistance, including:
- linguistic mediation;
- information;
- the first orientation;
- assistance in formalising the application for international protection;
- the transport service for the needs of moving guests;
- cleaning service;
- the supply of linen and clothing appropriate to the season, hygiene products, pocket money, card / phone recharge.
The reception service referred to in these Specifications has as its main objective the (re)conquest of the individual autonomy of the applicants/holders of international protection and humanitarian permit received.
