The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning and cleaning services in buildings and in the areas adjacent to these properties, administered by ZGN in the Mokotów District of the Capital City of Warsaw, located

The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Act, the value of which will not exceed 50% of the value of the basic contract, in the event of the need to perform similar services, a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services.

Region I - DOM "Służewiec"

The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Act, the value of which will not exceed 50% of the value of the basic contract, in the event of the need to perform similar services, a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services. The contract was provided for in the announcement for the basic contract and is consistent with its subject and the total value of this contract was taken into account when calculating its value, i.e. the amount of PLN 560183.00 gross

The Contractor will be obliged to employ on the basis of an employment contract, within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, items 1510, 1700) all persons performing activities falling within the scope of the subject of the contract, which consist in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the above-mentioned Labour Code Act (except in cases provided for by law). The Contracting Authority shall allow the subject of the contract to be performed independently by the Contractor or by the Contractor with the participation of cooperating persons within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of
