1. The subject of the contract are: successive deliveries of red meat, red meat sausages in accordance with minimum quality requirements,

in the assortment and basic quantities specified in Tables No. 1,3,5,7 subject to the right of option for the assortment and quantities listed in Tables No. 2,4,6,8. The quantity in the option will be provided by the Supplier in the event of the Customer's needs after the basic quantities of a given assortment have been used in full.

2. The supplier undertakes to deliver the goods to the warehouse in Wędrzyn, Czerwieńsk and to unload the delivered goods at his own expense in the assortment and quantities specified on the basis of the order placed by the recipient according to the schedule below (table in the Terms of Reference)
