The Gelderland-Zuid Safety Region (VRGZ) intends to put an assignment for waste services on the market on behalf of the Gelderland-Zuid Safety Region and GGD Gelderland-Zuid. The reason for this is the termination by operation of law of the current agreement.

The contracting authority is looking for a partner who, on the basis of customer-oriented entrepreneurship, sustainability and flexibility, provides the requested service at a good quality and price.

The VRGZ and GGD-GZ are looking for a partner in the field of waste processing. A partner who contributes to achieving the following goals through high-quality services:

1. The collection, disposal and treatment of waste;

2. Approach waste as a raw material as much as possible so that the environment is burdened as little as possible (circular economy);

3. Gaining insight into the numbers, volumes and weights of the waste flows at any time during the agreement (including dashboard);

4. Obtaining one uniform, efficient and reliable service (fulfilling agreements) to the satisfaction of all internal users;

5. Proactively advising in reducing waste flows and arranging waste collection more efficiently at the Client and its employees (creating awareness);

6. Setting up a standardised process in which adequate flexibility can be used to build up, scale up and down temporary locations for disaster, crisis and pandemic response.
