OPC's mission is to carry out the following tasks:1. In a firm phase - school group: 4 kindergarten classes and 8 elementary classes (including 1 Ulis class possibly) + spaces dedicated to the alae + catering building + outdoor areas of the school group and the catering2. In optional tranche - school group: 1 kindergarten class and 1 elementary class + Leisure centre + outdoor spaces for the leisure centre + spaces for the reception of the city's Childhood and Youth DepartmentThese works are currently estimated at 10,348,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax (Tf: 5,937,000 euro(s) - to: 4,411,000 euro(s) ) and could include 15 separate lots. The OPC will be involved in the design, site preparation, execution of the work, acceptance of the work and perfect completion. The mission entrusted to it is broken down into a firm tranche and an optional tranche. The mission is expected to start in January 2024
