The tender covers the sanitary technology in the 2nd construction phase for the conversion and expansion of the St. Marien Hospital in Ahaus. The following subsections in Building 900 on the hospital grounds are affected by the construction work:

- 5.1 Technical center: Building 900 New building in KG

- 5.2 Laboratory / Chapel / Social Services: Building 900 New building in the SG

- 5.3.1 Elective inclusion: Building 900 New building on the ground floor

- 5.4.1 Endoscopy: Building 900 New building on the 1st floor

The construction site is located in the city area of 48683 Ahaus, Wüllener Straße 101.

The construction work must be carried out during ongoing hospital operations.

Sanitary technology includes the following services:

- Entwässerungsleitungen, ca. 1,050 m

- Bewässerungsleitungen, ca. 1,750 m

- Carrying frames, approx. 55 pieces

- Sanitary fittings

- Fire extinguishing line dry, approx. 160 m

- Water treatment plant

- Fire protection measures and technical thermal insulation, whereby a large part of the technical thermal insulation is put out to tender separately

- Hygiene equipment, such as toilet paper holders, hinged support rails, wall hooks, etc.

- Construction water supply and disposal in the building

- Miscellaneous and ancillary work, such as core drilling, hydraulic balancing, pressure and acceptance tests, etc.
