Ordered object
The subject of the contract is to provide the service of receiving and landscaping of municipal waste from the owners of residential property located in the Municipality of Mrągowo in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the municipalities and The Waste Management Plan for the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, as well as the provisions of the Rules of Procedure of Purity and Order on the territory of Mrągowa City, as well as other laws and local laws.
I. Subject of the order
The subject of the contract is to provide the service of receiving and landscaping of municipal waste from the owners of residential property located in the Municipality of Mrągowo in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the municipalities and The Waste Management Plan for the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, as well as the provisions of the Rules of Procedure of Purity and Order on the territory of Mrągowa, as well as other laws and local law, in particular:
1) transfer of received mixed municipal waste directly
to the Transshipment Station in the village Polska Wieś, Mrągowo, entering
in the composition of the Municipal Waste Management Department Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Olsztyn;
2) the receipt and development of selectively collected municipal waste,
including biowaste, from owners directly or through another waste collector for waste recovery or disposal installations, in accordance with the hierarchy of ways to handle waste as set out in the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste or development otherwise compliant with regulations in this regard.
