As part of this tender, RheinEnergie is looking for a service provider who offers a modern and reliable managed service for mass printing and broadcast services.

The services of the Managed Service Mass printing and mailing services include, but are not limited to:

- Data management, output management and print output

- Enveloping in various formats

- DV postage clearance and postage optimisation

- Delivery of the print output to the consignment service provider for postal delivery and the postal delivery itself

- Transport of the print output by courier to the customer's locations

- Requirements and request management for new print products and special print campaigns

- Production and delivery of test prints and reconciliations

- Electronic logging and reporting on the services provided

- Governance and management of services incl. the. Conducting all meetings and taking minutes.

It is expected to have a print volume of approx. 14-18 million pages and approx. 3-5 million mailings per year.
