Receipt, transport and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste indicated in the order description from real estate located in the municipality of Leszno where the residents reside and from PSZOK, in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels: recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods of some municipal waste fraction and restrictions on the disposal of biodegradable municipal waste, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities. Expected amounts of individual waste fractions for transport, collection and management are indicated in Annex 1 - offer form.
The scope of the service will include collection, export and development of:
Mixed municipal waste with the code 20 03 01 - unsorted (mixed) determined in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 9.12.2014 regarding the waste catalog (Journal of Laws 2014 item 1923) from 2 containers, open type with a capacity of 7 m
- 1 100 l container (beaver) - paper waste, including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste;
- 120 l container - glass waste, including glass packaging waste,
- 120 l container - biodegradable waste, with particular emphasis on bio-waste.
