The scope of the engagement includes the following activities:
- supply and associated services of AV resources for meeting rooms,
- a pilot for video conferencing,
- supply and associated services of screens for "narrowcasting",
- delivery and associated services of the system in which the content for "narrowcasting" is drawn up.
Optionally, reservation displays are requested, the rental of AV resources as well as the replacement of the base station of the public address system.
Specifically, after the contract has been awarded, the Contracting Authority wishes to conclude an Agreement with one (1) Tenderer for a period of four (4) years with the option of renewing four (4) times for a period of one (1) year.
- Approx. 26 screens of different sizes,
- Approx. 10 control panels,
- Approx. 26 audio solutions,
- Maintenance of equipment.
