The Health and Safety Executive for NI (HSENI) wishes to engage external professional expertise to prepare and test External Emergency Plans for 10 Major Hazard sites (COMAH) and 2 Major Hazard Pipelines, in Northern Ireland and to prepare External Emergency Plans for additional COMAH sites or High Pressure Gas Pipelines which enter the regimes during the Contract Period.
