The contract shall have as its object:

A. the postalization services of judicial acts in Italy resulting from the management of the administrative sanction proceedings relating to the Highway Code and the administrative violations provided for by in force regulations of a non-criminal nature, in addition to other related documents, and the subsequent reporting of successful notifications and payments made and ancillary and support services to the management of the aforementioned procedures that are managed through the software management system in use at the contracting station (main performance)

B. the management (Notification or re-notification and coactive recovery) of high penalties on vehicles registered in foreign countries and persons residing abroad (secondary service).

The object of the contract is:
