4.1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled Construction of connections and substations consisting in the reconstruction of the power supply system from the group heat substation at Na Skarpie Street, i.e. the execution of construction works consisting in the replacement of existing heat networks made in the traditional system with a heat network in the technology of pre-insulated pipes in Olsztyn and the construction of compact heat substations with assembly, from the Contractor's materials as part of the project entitled "Emission reduction economy by improving the efficiency of heat distribution in Olsztyn as a result of the reconstruction of the heating network and nodes – stage I".

4.4. Scope of the order:
a) Construction and assembly works:
• dismantling and demolition work,
• earthworks,
• purchase, delivery and installation of fittings, pipelines,
• landscaping and ordering of the land,
• construction of thermal connections,
• construction of compact substations, their assembly and commissioning,
• Reception required.
b) Execution of surveying inventory and as-built documentation.
In addition, the Contractor is obliged on its own and at its own expense
in particular, to:
• implementation of the BIOZ plan,
• site occupation, including road lanes and payment of related charges,
• notification of property managers of the planned time limit for carrying out the work,
• preparation of the site for construction along with its marking and cutting down of trees to be removed,
• development of a road traffic organization project and its implementation,
• safeguarding the construction site against third party access,
• ensuring the operation of surveying investments,
• solving the question of water and electricity consumption,
• restoring the area and surface to its previous state, confirmed by a protocol signed by the manager or owner of the site
• delivery, assembly and commissioning of substations made on the basis of projects attached to the SWZ,
• electrical installation for the needs of the node along with as-built measurements,
• development of user manuals, technological diagrams of nodes and placing them in the node rooms,
• civil liability insurance to the extent specified in the draft contract (constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ),
• making notifications and acceptances of devices by the UDT, if required,
• construction insurance against damage likely to occur and from sudden, random events and civil liability works, equipment and construction equipment,
• exportation of debris and other demolition materials, together with waste disposal.
