The aim of this notice is to enter into one or several framework agreements for technical consultancy services within seven different service groups, i.e., a framework agreement with one tenderer for each service group. The framework agreements will apply to new projects where the contracting authority is the developer. The contracting authority has the right, not a duty, to use existing consulting companies for previous projects and for projects that have already been started. For example, the existing consultancy company for the municipality's major construction project 'Vik health and welfare centre' will complete this project.

All activity for the contracting authority will be carried out locally in Vik Municipality, and tenderers must reckon on participating in a number of meetings and site inspections in the municipality.

Tenders can be submitted for one or several of the seven service groups/sub-contracts.

Consultancy engineering design services for municipal engineering, engineering design services for roads, water and sewage (RIVA).

Consultant engineer, construction work (RIB).

Consultant electrical engineer (RIE).

Consultant engineer, heating, ventilation and sanitation engineering (RIV).

Architect services (ARK).

Land planning. This discipline primarily includes participation in municipal planning. ROS analyses of areas connected to municipal land planning are also included in this contract.

Assessment of natural hazards. Geological assessments of landslides onto, for example, municipal roads and/or existing housing.
