The subject of the contract is the design and construction of a radar facility and the delivery of colocated radars PSR / MSSR mod-S "Radar Radom" together with the accompanying technical infrastructure, equipment, necessary devices, accessories enabling complete installation and commissioning of the radar facility.

The subject of the contract includes the following scope of work, described in detail in the Functional and Utility Program (PFU):

1. Designing the Facility together with the necessary installations and equipment as well as external technical infrastructure and preparing complete design documentation enabling obtaining the necessary arrangements, decisions and permits and its construction.

2. Obtaining on behalf of the Contracting Authority all necessary arrangements, decisions and permits, including: Decision on Environmental Conditions, final decision on Permit for the Investment in the field of airport for public use with immediate enforceability, final decision permitting use and radio permit.

3. Construction of the Facility in accordance with the design documentation developed by the Contractor and approved by the Contracting Authority and the decisions obtained as well as the decision on the Investment Permit for the Public Use Airport together with connections and the necessary technical infrastructure.

4. Design, installation and combination of appropriate links in the relations: radar facility – new TWR Radom and radar facility – CZRL Warsaw, (ensuring the necessary redundancy of links along the entire route) resulting from the communication needs of the Radar and other systems constituting the equipment of the Facility.

5. Addition of the necessary infrastructure at the Warsaw Radom airport and implementation of fiber optic connections between the newly designed Facility and TWR Radom and the terminal of the Warsaw – Radom Airport (server room) in the form of a closed telecommunications "ring", using, as far as possible, the existing infrastructure of the Warsaw Radom airport.

6. Delivery, assembly, configuration (including full optimization) and commissioning of the PSR/MSSR mod-S radar system, i.e. radar with equipment, spare parts (basic and extended set), documentation, necessary devices, measuring devices, test transponder, accessories enabling complete installation, commissioning and operation of the radar facility.

7. Delivery, installation, configuration and commissioning of all necessary equipment.

8. Performing all measurements and tests to control the correctness of the construction of the radar facility (OR) and installation.

9. Training of employees of the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PANSA) in the operation, use and maintenance of installed devices.

10. Other works necessary for the construction and use of the radar facility.

11. Preparation and transfer of as-built documentation in Polish as well as instructions for operation and maintenance of installed devices, along with a set of measurement protocols in Polish or English.
