This offering is for the purchase of maintenance of green areas and winter services at the addresses / locations at any given time. There is preferential talk about green maintenance and winter service on areas adjacent to technical installations and installations such as waterworks, wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations and rainwater basins.

The Framework Agreement offered includes the provision of care and cleaning of green areas as well as winter services as described in Framework Agreement Appendix A - Requirement specification and criteria for allocation at the addresses / locations covered at any given time. These are mainly green maintenance and winter services in areas adjacent to technical installations and installations such as waterworks, wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations and rainwater basins.

However, 1 round of negotiations is expected with all pre-qualified bidders, however, the contracting entity has the opportunity to extend the rounds of negotiations. The contracting authority reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the first bids without entering into any negotiations.

There is no allowance for preparation of application and tender material in connection with the pre-qualification or tender phase, including participation in negotiation meetings.
