Assignment of planning services in the service profile Object Planning Buildings

Award of planning services in the service profile object planning building based on § 34 HOAI for the basic services of LP 1 to 9. In addition, there are services of building physics in the field of thermal insulation and energy balancing, esp. the thermal insulation certificate with regard to the requirements according to the EnEV and the preparation of the energy certificate according to §§ 16 ff. Furthermore, the investigation of alternative solutions in LPH 2 is commissioned.

The order is placed in stages.
