The subject of the contract includes the execution of archaeological rescue excavations along with the development of the results of these studies at archaeological sites colliding with the planned investment entitled: "Construction of the Zator bypass". The above is in accordance with the decision of the Małopolska Provincial Conservator of Monuments in Krakow, sign: ZA-I.5141.12.2021.GG.AMa of 09.09.2021 (Annex 1 to OPZ). The above decision determines the scope and type of archaeological research at the above-mentioned sites.

The purpose of the contract is to prepare the area for the implemented road investment by performing earthworks and geodetic works, exploration of archaeological monuments, preparation of documentation, security, conservation.

and the transfer of movable monuments to a museum or other organizational unit.

The land on which archaeological surveys should be performed in the lines of delimitation of the road investment in question shall be at the disposal of the Ordering Party. The Contractor shall gain access to the land after transferring them by the Ordering Party.
