This contract (the atmo contract) consists of a technical assistance mission to the contracting authority (Atmo) relating to the construction operation by the EPCC, on its site in Aubervilliers, of a building with high environmental ambition intended to house the headquarters of the École Pratique de Hautes Études (Ephe), some of its institutes and laboratories, as well as teaching premises in accordance with the programme of the operation annexed to the CCTP

the service entrusted to the Project Management Assistant - aMO (the Contractor) consists of a mission of services and technical advice relating to the construction operation by the Public Establishment Campus Condorcet (Epcc), on its site in Aubervilliers, of a tertiary building with high environmental performance intended to house the headquarters of the Ecole Pratique de Hautes Études (Ephe), some of its institutes and laboratories, as well as teaching facilities. The objective of the mission is to provide technical support to the EPCC in its capacity as Public Contracting Authority for the operation, from the analysis of the projects in the competition phase until the end of the Guarantee of Perfect Completion of the works period, in order to guarantee the monitoring and proper execution of the operation
