The subject of this contract is the long-term car rental service with driver to be used for the business needs of the Energy Services Manager SpA and of the subsidiaries, Acquirente Unico SpA and Gestore dei Mercati Energetici SpA, as well as any occasional services upon request.

This service must be performed with the use of n. 4 cars, whose minimum technical characteristics will be described in the following bid phase.

The evaluation of the offers will be carried out with the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer based on parameters that take into account the organization of the economic operator, the environmental impact of the service offered, the certifications and other qualitative elements.

It should also be noted that, given that the services requested as well as the personnel dedicated to them are the same as those of the contract that is due to expire, pursuant to art. 50 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, the so-called "Social clause". Therefore the contractor, in the execution of the services, must ensure the occupational continuity of the personnel employed by the outgoing contractor.
