Multi-year public market for services.

Recurrent services of preventive and driving maintenance, assistance / troubleshooting, possible repair (curative maintenance), control and improvement of HVAC installations in operation on the various sites, for the benefit of SIAMU.

This procedure consists in the conclusion of a multi-year SERVICES contract (4 years) with the purpose of supporting:

 preventive maintenance (periodicity determined according to the equipment) and operation (regulation and control of the installation);

 assistance (7/7, 24/24) and troubleshooting (within 4 hours, from the request for intervention),

 possible repair services (curative maintenance not covered by annual preventive maintenance, and excluding assistance/breakdown within 4 hours), or even replacement, during working hours (weekdays, between 8am and 4pm),

 control and improvement,

HVAC installations (excluding air conditioning systems such as splits and pumps) in operation on the various SIAMU sites, in order to guarantee the correct operation of the installations, in accordance with the legislation in force.
