DoF — Northern Ireland Authority for Utility Regulation — Provision of Gas, Electricity and Water Technical Consultancy The UR require a single Contract for engineering advice and consultancy support to the Utility Regulator. UR. that covers all utility sectors gas, electricity and water. The Contract will allow support on individual assignments to be called off as and when work is required. The Contract will be divided into three lots under which the suppliers can bid for one, two or all three. UR would expect to have a maximum of 2 Contractors to call upon from any given lot.
