1. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity to premises and facilities between 01.01.2022r. and 31.03.2023r. to 717 points of consumption (PPE) with a total estimated basic order volume (+/- 10%) of 11,713.94 MWh, of which:

2. The Ordering Party provides for the right of option. The right option will be covered by the supply of electricity to 2 objects “Olmedica” in Oleck Sp. z o.o., Gołdapska Street 1, 19-400 Olecko,

2. The Ordering Party provides for the right of option. The right option will be covered by the supply of electricity to 2 objects “Olmedica” in Oleck Sp. z o.o., Gołdapska Street 1, 19-400 Olecko, under which the contracting officer reserves the possibility of extending the energy supply period to the consumption points PL_ZEBB_2813000197_06 and/ or PL_ZEBB_2813000275_02 by 32_02 1.03. 2023, i.e. by 6 months and an increase in the amount of electricity purchased over this period over the basic range of the order by a maximum of 347,10 MWh. As part of the basic order, delivery to these PPE will take place by 30.09.2022r.
1) Ordering Party “Olmedica” in Oleck Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Oleck plans to carry out an investment consisting in thermomodernization of the facility and installation of photovoltaic installations, resulting in the status of Prosument. The right of option will apply if the Contractor does not mount and connect the PV installations in the object PL_ZEBB_2813000197_06 and/or PL_ZEBB_2813000275_02 by 31 August 2022. 31.08.2022r
2) The conditions for the implementation of the right of options are described in Annex No 9 to SWZ (the proposed provisions of the contract for the sale of energy with “Olmedica” in Oleck Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Oleck).
3. The Contracting Authority of Świętajno in connection with the planned installation of photovoltaic panels reserves the possibility to exclude the facility from the contract in the third quarter of 2022, PPE number PL_ZEBB_2813009854_03.
4. Measurement systems with tariff group B are tailored to the seller's change procedure.
5. Quality standards
1) The subject of the order is the supply of electricity with certain quality standards in accordance with applicable regulations.
2) The quality standards of electricity are described in the Act of 10 April 1997 — Energy Law and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the electricity system (as amended) and the Regulation Minister of Energy of 6 March 2019 with amendments on detailed rules for the formation and calculation of tariffs and clearing in electricity trading.
