Statens innkjøpssenter hereby invites tenderers to a contest for the procurement of mobile devices. The contract concerns mobile telephones and tablets with associated services and additional equipment. Operator services are not included.

The aim of the procurement is to sign a joint government contract with up to three tenderers for the procurement of mobile devices, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tenders.

The procurement is expected to contribute to more professional, efficient, and simpler procurement processes, as well as better and favourable procurements for individual procurements for each entity. The government expects central framework agreements to give lower direct costs, reduced transaction costs, increased use of electronic trade, better compliance with the rules, and better adherence to environmental and social responsibilities.
