Place Partnership Ltd the Contracting Authority are seeking to appoint an experienced and capable Service Provider for the provision of our Hard FM services to our clients. The contract will be for a period of 4 years with an extension to add 2 further years. However, before the commencement of the contract there will be an initial period of up to 12 weeks mobilisation. Place Partnership Ltd. reserve the right not to award a contract in full or in part.
