The object of the contract is the procurement of intranet software and services necessary for the relaunch in the area of conception, consulting, monitoring and support for the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health. The contract is scheduled to begin on September 1, 2023 and will end on August 31, 2026 after a term of three years.

BAuA's intranet service as a central internal communication platform is to be redesigned in terms of technology and content.

With as little effort as possible, it can be kept stable, updateable and optimizable and can be continuously adapted to new requirements and supplemented with new functions.

The system with which the intranet is to be operated, as well as all its components necessary for operation, shall be proposed, procured and set up by the Contractor. It must be possible to easily tailor them to BAuA's individual intranet strategy.

With the use of the new system, BAuA aims to bring together the areas of information, communication and cooperation and their respective tools.

What is required is an intranet system with a start page based on BAuA's corporate design, which can be used to directly access the integrated tools for the above-mentioned areas. BAuA-specific applications are directly embedded or linked.
