The contracting authority would like to establish a framework agreement with a tenderer, that, in a cost efficient and environmentally friendly manner, can cover our needs for the procurement of waste containers on wheels for providing our services.

The contracting authority for the procurement is two of the three waste collection companies that are included in the Waste Collaboration 'Innsikt'.

These are:

- Sirkula IKS

- Hadeland og Ringerike Avfallsselskap AS (HRA AS)

- HIKS - Horisont

The framework agreement shall cover the contracting authority's need for waste containers on wheels with supplementing equipment that are required for providing services to users.

Based on historical figures, the framework agreement is expected to have a value of NOK 16 million over a 4 year period. The contract will be valid for a maximum call-off of up to NOK 20 million over the agreement period.
