The construction project is located in the south-east of the village of Waren (Müritz) and is located in a drinking water protection zone. Part of the construction project are the compensatory plantings of the southern residential area of the development plan no. 24A "Papenberg II.

The compensatory measures for the development plan no. 24A "Papenberg II. Baustufe", residential area south comprise a total of 5 items. Item 1 includes the hedge plantings on the edge of the B-Plan area with a total of 11,365 m² for 4,400 shrubs and 448 holdovers. Item 2 represents the field hedge planting in Warenshof. The hedge covers 7,000 m² for 4,300 shrubs and 72 holdovers.

Position 3 includes the planting of hedges for the roundabout on a total of 1,030 m² for 33 trees and 470 shrubs. Position 4 is also part of the roundabout with 36 trees to be planted in the Müritz National Park (Teufelsbruch area). Item 5 comprises a total of 225 trees in the B-Plan area with the associated roadside green areas with approx. 11,000 m².

The newly developed residential area is located in the drinking water protection zone III A. Legal regulations in this regard must be taken into account during construction.

The care services extend over 5 years, in the Teufelsbruch area (36 pastures) over 3 years.
