The subject of the contract is the following services: granting a long-term loan to cover the planned budget deficit in 2023. Loan amount in Polish currency in the amount of: PLN 6,900,000.00. Loan term: 2023 – 2040. The loan will be taken in one tranche within a maximum of 7
calendar days from the date of signing the contract. Repayment of the principal instalments of the loan will be made in monthly instalments on the last business day of a given month on the dates and amounts specified in the Terms of Reference. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in the Terms of Reference.
A long-term loan to finance the 2023 budget deficit.
The amount of the loan in Polish currency in the amount of: PLN 6,900,000.00 (say: six million nine hundred thousand zlotys 00/100).
Loan term: 2023 – 2040.
The grace period in repayment of the principal lasts until 31.01.2024.
The principal will be repaid in 203 equal instalments and 1 equalising instalment at the end of each month starting from 31.01.2024 to 31.12.2040.
The loan will be collected in one tranche within a maximum of 7 calendar days from the date of signing the agreement.
Repayment of principal installments of the loan will be made in monthly installments on the last business day of a given month on the following dates and amounts:
1) By 31 December 2024 in the amount of PLN 405,888 (12 instalments from January to December in the amount of PLN 33,824);
2) By 31 December 2025 in the amount of PLN 405,888 (12 instalments from January to December in the amount of PLN 33,824);
3) By 31 December 2026 in the amount of PLN 405,888 (12 instalments from January to December in the amount of PLN 33,824);
4) Until 31 December 2027 in the amount of PLN 405,888 (12 instalments from January to December in the amount of PLN 33,824);
5) Until 31 December 2028 in the amount of PLN 405,888 (12 instalments from January to December in the amount of PLN 33,824);
6) Until 31 December 2029 in the amount of PLN 405,888 (12 instalments from January to December in the amount of PLN 33,824);
7) By 31 December 2030 in the amount of PLN 405,888 (12 instalments from January to December in the amount of PLN 33,824);
8) Until 31 December 2031 in the amount of PLN 405,888 (12 instalments from January to December in the amount of PLN 33,824);
9) Until 31 December 2032 in the amount of PLN 405,888 (12 instalments from January to December in the amount of PLN 33,824);
10) Until 31 December 2033 in the amount of PLN 405,888 (12 instalments from January to December in the amount of PLN 33,824);
11) Until 31 December 2034 in the amount of PLN 405,888 (12 instalments from January to December in the amount of PLN 33,824);
12) Until 31 December 2035 in the amount of PLN 405,888 (12 instalments from January to December in the amount of PLN 33,824);
13) Until 31 December 2036 in the amount of PLN 405,888 (12 instalments from January to December in the amount of PLN 33,824);

17) By 31 December 2040 in the amount of PLN 405,792 (11 instalments from January to November in the amount of PLN 33,824 and the last equalising instalment in the amount of PLN 33,728);
Interest payments on a monthly basis in 2024-2040 will take place on the last business day of the month.
The first interest payment will be made on the last business day of the month in the month following the disbursement of the loan on the basis of a notice delivered no later than 7 business days before the due date.
the last installment of interest is payable on the repayment date of the last installment of the loan.
