Delivery and installation of a storage network
MemoryThe Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen, hereinafter referred to as the client (AG), intends to purchase a media library / storage network from funds of the QUIS program.
If, in the opinion of the tenderer, the tender documents contain ambiguities that may influence the determination of prices, the tenderer must inform the tendering body (at the latest 6 days before submission of the tender) in writing (via the bidder platform), even if he has already given the information in another form beforehand.
The bidder must inform himself sufficiently about the scope of the service or about the manner of execution in order to be able to exclude additional claims due to ignorance.
