1. The subject of the basic contract is the service of conducting on the Internet, in particular in social media, information, promotional and educational campaigns carried out by the Ministry of Finance – hereinafter referred to as "campaigns". The subject of the contract will be carried out by the Contractor each time on the basis of the Ordering Party's orders signed by a person authorized to incur obligations on behalf of the Ordering Party. The Contractor may not refuse to accept or execute the order.

2. The Ordering Party reserves the right to activate the Option Right consisting in extending the term of the contract for another 12 months in accordance with § 11 of the Proposed Provisions of the Agreement, hereinafter referred to as "PPU".

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and its implementation is included in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ – Proposed provisions of the PPU agreement.
