Bei dem Bestands – Schulgebäude handelt es sich um einen zweiggeschossigen Flachdachbau in Stahlbeton- und Mauerwerksbauweise aus den Jahren 1973/74 mit einer BGF von insgesamt ca. 14 000 m2.
