The subject of the contract is to provide the Ordering Party with electricity for the needs of the Municipality of Tarnów, in accordance with the list of electricity consumption points for Task No. 1 and Task No. 2 set out in the annex to the contract.

The general agreement will be the basis for the conclusion of detailed contracts for the sale of electricity for all consumption points listed in the contract, on the terms specified in the Contractor's offer selected in the tender procedure and specified in the contract.

The parties to the detailed agreements will be the Municipality of Tarnów – Roads and Communications Authority in Tarnów and the entities listed in the annex to the agreement.

The electricity supplied by the contractor must meet the standards set out in § 38 of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions for the functioning of the power system.

Supply of electricity to 369 consumption points located in distribution networks operated by DSO TAURON Dystrybucja SA, OSD Grupa Azoty S.A. Electricity supplied by the contractor must meet the standards set out in § 38 of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on detailed conditions for the operation of the power system. It is expected that the number of energy consumption points during the contract period may be increased, for example, by newly built street lighting, lighting of squares and illumination of buildings and walls, as well as newly built or acquired objects or buildings, etc. The Contractor will be obliged to supply energy to the facilities specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ and to new consumption points that will be built and connected to the network. The demand for electricity may also increase if electricity consumption is increased. Any increase in energy consumption and increases in the number of energy consumption points will be made within the scope of the contract, taking into account the right of option.
