The city of Rees is looking for an outdoor facility planner for the new construction of its outdoor swimming pool.
The current, currently closed, outdoor swimming pool of the city of Rees is to be rebuilt in a modified form and using the existing swimming pool on the property in the Rees district, corridor 24, parcel 461. For this purpose, the city is looking for a planner for the outdoor facilities, including all pool surrounds, supply lines and access roads necessary for operation. The outdoor facility planner should also take over the planning lead for the project and coordinate the other specialist planners. In particular, this concerns building object planning, TGA planning for water treatment and buildings, structural planning, test statics, fire protection planning and surveying.
The basis for the planning is a feasibility study by ANTEC, whose "expansion concept" must be taken into account and implemented. According to this, the outdoor pool will in future include a competition-compatible swimming pool made of stainless steel with 6 lanes each 25 m long, a non-swimmer pool of approx. 330 square meters and a children's pool with a water surface of approx. 100 square meters.
The subject of the commission is initially the service phases 3 and 4 according to § 39 HOAI. Details can be found in the tender documents.
