The single-supplier framework agreement aims to define the conditions for the supply of electricity to the members of the Liguria Energy Consortium. The framework agreement does not directly entail obligations on the part of the Members, but only the right for them to conclude with the Winning Supplier, through specific orders, supply contracts under the predefined conditions, within the period of validity of the framework agreement and within the limit of the maximum quantity envisaged.

The contract has as its object the supply of electricity on the free market pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 164/2000 and subsequent amendments, lasting 24 months with presumed departure on 1.7.2023, to the withdrawal points in the ownership of the members of the Liguria Energy Consortium. The maximum quantity of supplies that can be ordered under the framework agreement amounts to 520 GWh in total for the two-year period covered by the framework agreement.

Participation will be allowed to subjects who meet the following requirements:

a) absence of the causes of exclusion referred to in art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

b) Registration for activities related to the object of the tender in the Register of Companies or in one of the professional or commercial registers of the State of residence if it is an EU State, in accordance with the provisions of Article 83, paragraph 3, Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

c) Registration in the ARERA operators registry for the activity "Electricity - Sale to free customers";

d) carrying out similar electricity supplies, with no less than 2000 delivery points (PODs) and not less than 190 GWh total, in the years 2020-2021-2022, for a total of no less than Euro 12,000,000.00;

e) carrying out at least one of the supplies sub lett. d) of a total amount of not less than 60 GWh within the three years indicated;

f) possession of quality certification, in accordance with UNI EN ISO standards of the 9000 series, issued by approved accredited bodies, for activities corresponding to those covered by the contract.
