Ten municipalities in the Västra Götalands region contract the retrieval and care of the following factions from the recycling centres of municipalities: (i) scrap metal; (ii) loveroot (without producer liability); (iii) car batteries; (iv) scrap cable; and (v) empty sleeves.

The procurement is pursuant to the Public Procurement Act (2016:1145).
