The service provider will provide technical assistance including:

• capacity-building programme for local and regional actors with a train-the trainer approach or similar guiding measures;

• scientific and expert advice;

• a knowledge-sharing platform for representatives from municipalities and regions;

• tools to monitor and report activities from municipalities and regions;
